Intro to CNC Turning

Description

AWT's Intro to CNC Turning is designed to give students the basic skills they need to successfully operate basic CNC lathes. Topics covered include basic machine operations, turning tool/insert types, work offsets, cutter comp adjustment, and basic G- and M-Codes. Students will get hands-on experience as well as classroom instruction. Membership in the AWT Foundation is required.

Time

Wednesdays, August 12 through September 30, 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

Pricing

Membership in the AWT Foundation is required. Not a member? Simply contact Monica Hammil to learn about membership levels and register your team for the class. 

Class pricing is $1,100 per participant. Payment can be made by credit card or by check made payable to AWT Foundation, PO Box 123, Mentor, OH 44060. Check payments will avoid processing fees. Registration and processing fees are non-refundable. Please contact Monica Hammil at (440) 290-6502 to ensure you are registered if paying by check.
