In response to the alarming rise in financial scams targeting seniors, the Cleveland field office of the FBI has partnered with the Lake County Council on Aging to host a Financial Exploitation Awareness Day. This event aims to educate older adults about the risks and warning signs of financial abuse.

•Recognizing scams and deceptive tactics
•Preventing financial exploitation •Reporting elder fraud
•Safely navigating online banking
This FREE event is open to 50 Lake County residents aged 60 and older. Due to limited seating, advance registration is required by calling the Lake County Council on Aging at 440.205.8111 ext. 223.
