Our Multi-Session Blueprint Reading course contains Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes in one convenient all-day session. Save time and money by attending one day of class. 

Beginner - This introductory course is designed to build foundational skills in reading and understanding blueprints, a crucial competency for manufacturing and engineering roles. Participants will learn how to interpret tolerances by adding and subtracting values from specified dimensions, work with decimals to ensure precision, and grasp key concepts to confidently navigate blueprint details. 

Intermediate - Intermediate blueprint reading builds on your basic knowledge of blueprints. This class provides a more in-depth examination of technical drawings, including specialized symbols, drawing views, and dimensions. 

Advanced - Our advanced blueprint reading course builds on our intro and intermediate blueprint reading classes, as well as our intro to GD&T class. Students will learn about advanced GD&T, callouts, material modifiers, true position, and how to calculate it. Students will also gain hands-on experience with basic inspection techniques, inspecting a physical part and checking it against the technical drawings. This allows students to see the physical journey from lines on a drawing to a finished part and how all of the inspection dimensions are checked. This is an excellent course for anyone in inspection, purchasing, or engineering who is looking to build their skills.
